OT and Bae
DISCOVER OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Your Occupational Therapy Bestie :)
Hi friends! My name is Rachel BAE, now a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) and proud NBCOT exam passer (yep, passed after just 8 days of focused studying!). I recently earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from USC, and I’m here to help you do the same, whether you're studying for the NBCOT or navigating life as a future OT.

This space was born out of my own whirlwind exam prep experience and my passion for making OT education more approachable. I created the kind of resource I wish I had—clear, encouraging, and grounded in real-life experience. Here, you’ll find everything from high-yield NBCOT tips and concept breakdowns, to blog posts, podcasts, and (soon!) YouTube videos that simplify challenging OT content.

I’m also in the process of launching my curated NBCOT prep binder—designed for structure, strategy, and a little aesthetic joy to make studying feel just a bit less overwhelming. Think: printable schedules, concept dividers, cute paper, stress-relief sprays, and space for reflection.

But more than all that—I’m a mom to a wonderful elementary schooler, a wife, and an avid believer who deeply values faith, grace, and purpose. It’s my faith that’s carried me through many long nights and tight deadlines, and I hope this platform reflects that same encouragement and light.

Whether you’re deep in study mode, a new grad figuring it out, or just OT-curious, I hope this space becomes your study buddy, resource hub, and reminder that you're not alone on this journey.

Let’s grow, learn, and pass it forward, together. 💛
